Dallas, Texas December 6, 2018 – EnjoyMint fans have come to embrace the fun culture that this restaurant represents. It is about great food, friends, family, and philanthropy. So it is no surprise that Chef Nikky Phinyawatana, Creator and Owner of the Asian Mint Restaurant Group, and her friend Quynch Chau Stone, President and Founder of The Source of Hope, decided to celebrate their birthdays with an event that helps others.
The local community is invited to the birthday bash event at EnjoyMint on Saturday, December 8th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm to enjoy delicious Thai cuisine, a DJ, and birthday cupcakes. Twenty percent of the event sales will be donated to The Source of Hope and Memnosyne Institute. There will also be a raffle to help raise funds for the non-profits. The Source of Hope, founded by Quynh Chau, delivers over 1,000 meals monthly to the homeless through a network of charitable organizations. The Memnosyne Institute is working to help communities better handle the challenges and opportunities brought about by globalization.
“What better way to celebrate our birthdays than by giving back? We want to invite everyone to come out Saturday night and celebrate with us as we work together to support local non-profits,” stated Chef Nikky Phinyawatana, EnjoyMint Creator.
